On Stage & Beyond
LIVE Events Host

TV Presenter
As an experienced TV presenter, I bring warmth, professionalism, and a natural ability to engage the audience on camera. Whether working alongside other presenters or hosting solo, I make TV easy, fun, and entertaining to watch. I’m confident taking direction through an earpiece and collaborating with floor managers to create a smooth, captivating experience for viewers.
I’m skilled at using AutoCue when needed and thrive in spontaneous situations; speaking off the cuff, and adapting to changes in real time come naturally to me. My goal is to create a relaxed, engaging atmosphere that keeps audiences tuned in and entertained.

Motivation - Working with Young People
I create a space where participants feel comfortable, inspired, and ready to engage. From the start, I use carefully designed icebreakers to break down barriers and foster openness, setting the tone for honest and meaningful interaction.
My workshops are more than just talks, they are immersive experiences. Through a blend of personal stories about overcoming obstacles and creative exercises, I empower participants to tap into their own strength and potential. My goal is to spark self-discovery, build confidence, and help participants unlock new ways of thinking and problem-solving.
I guide group discussions, deliver powerful motivational insights, and lead interactive activities that drive personal and professional growth. Every session is designed to leave participants energised, focused, and equipped with practical tools and strategies to apply long after the workshop ends. Whether it’s goal setting, mindset shifts, or team building, I create an environment where breakthroughs happen.
Creating Value - Community
Fayon will tell you herself, she is no actress. However, after finding out from an actor friend who read for the charity InterAct Stroke Support in hospital across the UK Fayon wanted to be a part of it. Her mother’s two best friends had passed away because of strokes and Fayon with her love of talking and meeting new people saw this as a way to make a positive contribution. An appointment was made to see the founder of the charity who only take on professional actors and after 15 minutes of gushing enthusiasm Fayon was given a 3-month trail. For 17 years Fayon has been a committed reader and for 2 years their part-time community liaison officer working with professional actors to deliver creative workshops to stroke survivors.
